Bio
Alessia Talò (b. 1999, Italy) is a visual artist based in the Netherlands. She explores the interrelations between the (her/our) body and its surrounding elements, such as family, society, culture, nature, and ecosystems. With a background in painting, she works across multiple media, including installation, textile practices, sound, video and painting. The latter remains central to her practice, not only as a medium but as a methodology through which she embraces fluidity, movement, and adaptation.
She is a member and co-founder of Crow Stitch Collective, an artist collective woven together by care, resistance, and liberation.
